    SHIPPING:
    Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
    RETURNS:
    Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive full refund and 30 days of delivery for store credit. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued. 

    EXCHANGES:
    We suggest placing a new order for the item or color or size desired and logging into your customer account to return the original item. At this time, our online store does not offer exchanges at this time.


      IN-STORE RETURNS:
      Return Policy for items purchased in store:

      10 days for a refund to your original form of payment if items are unworn and tags are attached. After the 10 days, you have 30 days for store credit or exchange. An online purchase can be returned  in-store with a copy of the order confirmation; printed or shown on phone.

      Although there were no clothes for guys, let me tell you it's the most well-organized, beautiful store for women. Shoes, clothes, accessories, It's well curated and well worth the visit.
