Shipping

SHIPPING:
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
RETURNS:
Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive full refund and 30 days of delivery for store credit. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued. 

EXCHANGES:
Add a note with the item, color and size that you would like to exchange for when making the exchange. If you don’t want to wait for us to ship out the new item, you can purchase the new item on shopJAYNE.com and we will ship it out right away. Then, once you ship back the original pair and we receive the product, we will refund the original purchase. This option does ensure we don’t sell out of the item you want to exchange for in the meantime!


    IN-STORE RETURNS:
    Return Policy for items purchased in store:

    10 days for a refund to your original form of payment if items are unworn and tags are attached. After the 10 days, you have 30 days for store credit or exchange. An online purchase can be returned  in-store with a copy of the order confirmation; printed or shown on phone.
