RETURNS
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant, smoke, and animal hair.
- Items must be returned with original packaging.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Intimates and body products are Final Sale.
- Sale, clearance, and promotional items (slashed prices, Final Sale in title) may not be returned or exchanged.

REFUNDS
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, when we receive the return, within 14 days of delivery.
- Store Credit is issued, when we receive the return, within 30 days of delivery.
- A prepaid shipping label will be provided by JAYNE.
- A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from every order.
- Limit one return mailing label per order.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if shoes are returned without the original box.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if shoe boxes are returned with postages labels or tape is affixed to the box.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if items show signs of wear and/or damage.
EXCHANGES
- We suggest placing a new order for the item or color or size desired and logging into your customer account to return the original item.
- Please reach out if a new order is placed and we will ensure the original order is properly refunded.
- At this time, our online store does not offer direct exchanges.
SHIPPING
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
- Any expedited orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and once scanned by the carrier will have an expedited delivery.
- We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once an order has been shipped.
- Please reach out to your local post office if your package is missing.
- ONLINE EXCLUSIVE STYLES: Our online exclusive styles are only available on ShopJAYNE.com. They are shipped directly from the vendor and ship within 1-4 business days.

CURBSIDES
- Curbside pickup orders are processed within 1-4 business days from purchase and our team will call the phone number on file once an order is ready for pick up.
- Any curbsides not picked up after 30 days from the initial call will be given store credit and the item will be restocked.
