Shipping & Return Info
Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive full refund and 30 days of delivery for store credit.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant, smoke and animal hair.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- Footwear without the original box cannot be returned. Footwear must be in their original boxes free of postage labels. Shoe returns without the original box will be shipped back to the customer with no refund issued.
- Items showing signs of wear and/or damage will be returned to the customer with no refund issued.
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items not in original condition or returned out of the 14 day return window will be refused.
- Sale, clearance and promotional items (red slashed prices) may not be returned
- RETURNS - if we do not receive your package back in hand within 14 days of delivery we will refund in the form of store credit regardless of the requested return method.
- EXCHANGES - If you don’t want to wait for us to ship out the new item, you can purchase the new item on shopJAYNE.com and we will ship it out right away. Then, once you ship back the original pair and we receive the product, we will refund the original purchase. This option does ensure we don’t sell out of the item you want to exchange for in the meantime!
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Any expedited orders placed after 11AM will be processed on the next business day.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once an order has been shipped. Please reach out to your local post office if your package is missing.

Curbside pickup orders are processed within 24-48 hours from purchase and our team will call once an order is ready for pick up.
Any curbsides not picked up after 30 days from the initial call will be given store credit and the item will be re-stocked.
