Return Policy

Don’t love it? The gift wasn’t perfect? Our full return policy can be found below:

Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery to receive full refund and 30 days of delivery for store credit.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant, smoke and animal hair. 
  • Items must be in original packaging.  
  • Footwear without the original box cannot be returned. Footwear must be in their original boxes free of postage labels. Shoe returns without the original box will be shipped back to the customer with no refund issued. 
  • Items showing signs of wear and/or damage will be returned to the customer with no refund issued. 
  • Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. 
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Items not in original condition or returned out of the 14 day return window will be refused. 
  • Clearance items may not be returned

Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued.

 

Exchanges can be made using two different options:

  1. Purchase the item you wish to exchange for on shopJAYNE.com and we will ship out the order right away. Then, ship back the original item. Once we receive the original item, we will refund you for the original purchase!
  2. Ship the original item(s) back to:

    Add a note with the order number and what you would like to exchange for. Once the original product is received, we will ship out the new item to you!

    Return Policy for items purchased in store:

    10 days for a refund to your original form of payment if items are unworn and tags are attached. After the 10 days, you have 30 days for store credit or exchange. An online purchase can be returned  in-store with a copy of the order confirmation; printed or shown on phone.

    We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once an order has been shipped. Please reach out to your local post office if your package is missing.
