Buying a gift for a special someone in your life? Our extended holiday return policy is here to make gift giving from JAYNE worry free! Purchases made between November 1st - December 24th are eligible for a full refund back to the original form of payment for 14 days after Christmas. Store credit or exchange is available for 30 days after Christmas.

ShopJAYNE.com wants you to be satisfied with your purchase!
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your shopJAYNE.com purchase, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. You have 30 days to return an item for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, have original tags attached and/or original packaging must be present and undamaged. Shoes without boxes cannot be returned.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
ShopJAYNE.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for items that are not in original condition or not returned within the 14 day return window.

If you could make a note of your order number in the package, that would be great! Once your return item has been received and processed, a refund will be issued to you in the form of your original payment method.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:
- MUST BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, STRONG ODORS, DEODORANT, SMOKE, AND ANIMAL HAIR AND OTHER DAMAGES.
- Items showing signs of wear and/or damage will be returned to the customer with no store credit issued.
- All original tags must be attached.
- All Clearance items are final sale.
Shoe Returns: Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Shoe boxes must be in their original condition, without postage labels. Shoe returns without the original box will be shipped back to the customer with no refund issued.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once an order has been shipped. Please reach out to your local post office if your package is missing.

The return policy for items purchased in store is 10 days for a refund to your original form of payment if items are unworn and tags are attached. After the 10 days, you have 30 days for store credit or exchange. If returning in-store, you must show a copy of your order confirmation (either a print out or the order confirmation email on your phone).
