Denim for 2024

A new year doesn’t necessarily mean a complete wardrobe overhaul. Sometimes all you really need are those few staple pieces you’ve been eyeing. It seems the majority of shoppers are honing in on updating their denim collections. Denim is always an item worthy of making space in the closet for. 

Last year we saw that slim fitting denim took a back seat to some more relaxed silhouettes. A reminder that denim never goes out of style, rather the fabric simply varies in popularity from year to year. 

While jean skirts, baggy low-rise, and cargos will undoubtedly continue on in their popularity in 2024, we have some styles that feel particularly fresh and deserve their own spotlight this year.

Now there’s flared jeans and there’s FLARED JEANS. Whichever statement you wish you make, we’ve never met a flare that didn’t sway and a platform it didn’t look stunning with. A flared jean allows a tamed amount of drama without too much commitment.

A wide leg silhouette for those who want to step away from skinny jeans in an even more dramatic fashion statement. While not as extreme as a flare, a bootcut still gives a little extra movement through the calf. Having made a comeback in 2023, the bootcut is going to keep doing exactly what it was designed to: Cover your boots.
